Return Policy

We have established certain procedures to help make your return of an item work as smoothly as possible. Please follow these simple steps:

1. You must include a copy of your Packing Slip or Receipt with the returned merchandise.
2. Merchandise returned must be received within 30 days from our original shipping date  in new unworn condition. After 30 days, a 20% restock charge will be applied.
3. Famous Brands, Inc. is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise being returned. Therefore, you should insure your package.
4. We can not refund your original shipping charges. Refunds are for merchandise only.
5. An exchange can be made, or a credit issued when we receive your return. Shipping charges will be applied when your exchange is shipped to you.
