A badge of honor.
What started in 2003 as a way for surfing enthusiast and retail veteran Don Craig to honor his father, Old Guys Rule (oldguysrule.com) has swelled into an iconic brand extending across the globe with products in approximately 1,400 retail locations in the U.S., the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, and soon in northern Europe.
Shortly after the Southern California company's launch, Craig realized that the "Old Guys Rule" motto extended beyond the surfing community to men from all walks of life, who see age as a "Badge of Honor," not an impediment. The once local t-shirt company now is a lifestyle brand with apparel and accessories that speak to men from around the world with passions ranging from surfing, golf and grilling to hot rods, motorcycles and sports, and more.
Recently, Old Guys Rule introduced the "Legends" Series to recognize men who wear their age with pride and celebrate their accomplishments. John Wayne and Muhammad Ali were the first to be honored with their most iconic images and sayings featured on several Old Guys Rule t-shirts. A portion of proceeds from the t-shirt sales benefit the John Wayne Cancer Foundation and the Muhammad Ali Center.
